Rates

OPTION 1. MAIN HOUSE: 1 BEDROOM.
2 Persons. (1 Couple).
The main house accommodates 1 couple (2 persons)
in 1 bedroom (1 Queen Bed)
2 nights: $800
3 nights: $950

OPTION 2. MAIN HOUSE: 2 BEDROOMS.
4 Persons. (2 Couples)
The main house also accommodates 2 couples (4 persons in total)
in 2 bedrooms (1 Queen Bed each room).
2 nights: $1250
3 nights: $1400

OPTION 3. MAIN HOUSE: 1 BEDROOM, & STUDIO.
4 Persons. (2 Couples)
The option for 1 couple in the main house and 1 couple in the studio (4 persons in total).
A Queen Bed in each location.
2 nights: $1500
3 nights: $1800

*Rates are the same for week nights and weekends. Public holidays (e.g. Easter and Queen’s Birthday weekends) are higher rates.
*Longer stays are to be negotiated.
*Configuration of beds are not interchangeable.
*The right of refusal of custom is reserved.

Please note: we do not cater for children and pets.

Bookings & Cancellations

• All bookings are tentative and confirmation of the reservation will only be made on receipt of a 50% deposit.
• Full payment required no later than 1 week prior to your arrival, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
• Cancellationfees: deposits are refundable in full (less $35) only after we have secured a replacement booking.
• Payment by direct deposit to a nominated account• Please note that credit card details will be required for security purposes for ALL bookings.
• June and October Long weekends, Easter and public holidays are subject to special rates• All rates are subject to change without notice.
• All bookings: Minimum two nights.
